Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut Almond Butter Granola Bars

These no bake granola bars are easy to make and nice because you know exactly what is in them! I added coconut flakes this time but feel free to add in other extras like dried berries and chocolate chips!
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 cup chopped walnuts or any other nut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup chocolate hazelnut butter or almond butter (I used Justin's hazelnut almond butter)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
optional dried berries or chocolate chips
Instructions:
Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
Add your dry ingredients (oats, walnuts, cinnamon and sea salt) and stir together.
In a microwaveable mixing bowl, add your hazelnut almond butter and honey.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir together.
Add your vanilla in and stir.
Add your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and stir together until you have a thick batter.
Add your coconut flakes or any other extras in now and stir.
Add batter to the pan and spread it into a flat even layer.
Cover pan and freeze for 1 hour to allow the bars to set.
Place your granola bar sheet onto a cutting board and cut into desired bars.
Store in the refrigerator.
