Classic Breakfast Sandwich

These breakfast sandwiches are easy and delicious! Perfect for weekend mornings or premake and freeze for breakfast throughout the week.


Ingredients:

  • English Muffins

  • Cage Free Eggs

  • Sharp Cheddar

  • Thick Sliced Bacon

  • Avocado


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bacon evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20min.

  2. Meanwhile, toast English Muffins in toaster.

  3. Scramble egg in skillet.

  4. Add the cheese to the top and let it melt in the skillet.

  5. Slice avocado and scoop out with a spoon.

  6. Put sandwich together and enjoy!
