Wine Tasting in Santorini, Greece

While on our Europe trip this past summer Dylan and I went to Santo Wines in Santorini, Greece. This is one of the most popular wineries in Santorini because of the unbelievable views. Don't forget to make a reservation. Any table you sit at has the most amazing views of the caldera. You have to go at sunset!

The wine on the island of Santorini taste different then any other wine, it is so unique in taste because of the continuous explosions of the local volcano.

This was by far our most expensive meal and wine we had, but by far the best! There are several different options for the wine tasting, but we chose the flight of 16. I figured we might as well try as much as we can while we are here. Santo Wines produces a variety of options including whites, reds, sparkling and dessert wines.

We also had a delicious dinner! I had the most amazing fresh tasting salmon. The food indicates which wine it pairs with, which was really cool to know while tasting the wines.
